Feature
Public Status Pages
Give your users real-time visibility into your service health — no login required, no third-party service to wire up, and no manual updates when something goes wrong. cpum.ai status pages automatically reflect your monitoring data every 60 seconds.
What your users see
When you publish a status page, any visitor can open cpum.ai/seo/status/your-slug to check your service health in real time. The page shows:
- ✓An overall status banner (Operational, Degraded, or Major Outage)
- ✓Per-component health with labels and, optionally, per-region breakdown
- ✓Active incidents with timestamped updates as you post them
- ✓A 90-day colour-coded uptime history calendar
- ✓Links to the RSS feed and the JSON API for programmatic subscribers
Built-in features
Status pages pull live data from the API every minute. No stale screenshots or manual updates.
Link a synthetic check and see per-region pass rates — great for services with global edge nodes.
A colour-coded calendar shows your historical availability at a glance, automatically.
Every status page ships with an RSS feed and a JSON endpoint for programmatic subscribers.
End-users see your status page without creating an account. Only you need a cpum.ai account to manage it.
Set a hex brand colour to make the status page header match your service identity.
Set up in 4 steps
You can go from zero to a public-facing status page in under five minutes.
- 1Create a status page
In the cpum.ai dashboard, open Status Pages → New page. Give it a name and a slug (e.g. "acme-status").
- 2Add your service components
Click "Add component" for each service you want to monitor — API, database, CDN, etc. Optionally link a synthetic check to each component for automatic health detection.
- 3Publish and share the URL
Toggle the page public. Share cpum.ai/seo/status/your-slug with your users. Updates appear within 60 seconds of any status change.
- 4Post incidents in real time
When something goes wrong, open the page in your dashboard and click "Create incident". Add timestamped updates as the incident progresses. Subscribers get the RSS feed automatically.
💡 Tip: Link synthetic checks for automatic health detection
Without a synthetic check, component status must be set manually. Link a synthetic check and cpum.ai automatically derives the component status from probe results — your status page updates itself when probes start failing, and clears itself when they recover.
Browse all integrations →Incident management
When an incident occurs, open the status page in your dashboard and create an incident post. Add updates as the situation develops — each update is timestamped and appended to the incident timeline. Mark it resolved when service is restored. The entire history is preserved and visible in the 90-day calendar.
JSON + RSS API
Every status page exposes two machine-readable endpoints:
Returns the full status page payload as JSON: page metadata, overall status, per-component health with region breakdown, active incidents, and resolved incidents from the last 90 days. Cached for 30 seconds.
An RSS 2.0 feed of incident updates. Suitable for feed readers, monitoring tools, and Slack RSS integrations.
