For tenants still on the O365 'Incoming Webhook' connector that Microsoft has deprecated. cpum.ai sends the same Adaptive Card it sends to Workflows, plus legacy MessageCard fallback fields so older connectors still render a colored card. We recommend migrating to the Workflows variant before Microsoft sunsets connectors.

Setup steps

  1. 1In the Teams channel, click the … menu → Connectors → Incoming Webhook (if your tenant still allows it).
  2. 2Name the connector 'cpum.ai' and copy the webhook URL.
  3. 3Paste the URL into the Microsoft Teams destination form in cpum.ai.
  4. 4When your tenant disables the legacy connector, switch to the Workflows entry — same dispatcher, same form key.
